[1] WHAT IS SONIQUE?

Sonique is the name given to this particular therapy in its entirety. As like a verb in French, it may be translated as "by the sound". "Son" may be sound or sun, both as frequencies of vibrational energy.

[2] WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO ME?

Sonique as a therapy promotes:

A slowed down and relaxed state.	A reduction of nervous tension.

[4] WHAT DOES SONIQUE USE?

Sonique uses a unique system in which the patient lies down inside special geometry on a transparent hammock type bed. Colours are focussed on the main energy centres of the body, and stereo headphones are worn. All that is necessary is to focus on the appropriate intent, relax, and close the eyes.
